KIDS MUAY THAI (Basic Level 1)
Session 1 - Starting May 27 to June 26th Monday and Wednesday’s 5-6pm (10 classes)
“Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.”

Apex will be offering for the first time ever, Kids Muay Thai Basic 5 week Program. For kids 8 and up. 
The program will cover the following:
Basic stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees and elbows. 
Apex Member Price - $100 for 5 week class $15 drop in 
Non Members Price - $140 for 5 weeks, $20 drop in. 
(100% of the fees goes to charity)
