Thursday, January 26th marks a very special day for Apex Martial Arts, the promotion of our first Brown Belts. We are happy to recognize two outstanding BJJ practitioners and individuals, Derek Fung and Alvin Chan.

Derek Fung started his Jiu Jitsu journey at Apex in 2010, being our first homegrown Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt, while Alvin Chan joined the Apex Family in 2012 bringing added experience and knowledge to our team.

These two individuals are a part of a terrific group of instructors that have contributed their knowledge and time to help shape and mould Apex Martial Arts to what it is today.  

We thank them for their continuing support and dedication to Apex Family and the Art of Jiu Jitsu.  We wish them a huge congratulations on their new and well deserved Brown Belts!
